Bronx is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bronx follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was very impressed with my order from Original Botanica. It arrived just two days after I placed it online. Each candle was individually boxed, and the entire order was packaged with great care to ensure everything arrived in perfect condition. This was my second time ordering from Original Botanica, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for the excellent products and outstanding packaging!

I placed a simple special order, using their online avatar, a few weeks ago. I have not received any response from the store. This is not a good way to treat a potential customer. Disappointed but not surprised.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place is the shit. Candles are wicked cheap, there are so many useful books on plenty of topics, and an extensive variety of herbs. I love their selection of oils and perfumes and cologne. I love this place and when I’m in the Bronx I visit it as much as I can. 1000/10 !!!!

I've been a loyal customer of Original Botanica for a few months and they never disappoint. Everything I've purchased has been high quality, carefully packaged and delivered promptly. What keeps me coming back is their excellent customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and always willing to help answer questions and guide customers to the right products. Whether you're new to spiritual products or have years of experience, you'll feel welcomed and respected. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for authentic products, great service and a company that truly values its customers. Five stars all the way!

I love buying from that store anytime I cross the border in fact some times I go to NY just to visit that store. Many of my orders or my sister’s orders come very well packed and GREAT products however we been asking not to ship our products to Canada thru UPS. If you know the headache Canadian go thru with them you’ll listen to your customers. I gave the 2 stars because I feel like I wasn’t helped by the store AT ALL. In fact y’all told me to abandon my package like many has done. Which is not a good customer service but I guess only one me isn’t worth cause y’all make many sales a day. But no hard feelings I will be going to your store just never again I will order online. And please tarrifs have nothing to do with that, last time that has happened to our order was two years ago😢

Super fast shipping! I appreciate that a lot. My items were neatly and carefully packaged and I would absolutely order again from here for now on. But I do wonder if the business takes inventory requests for certain items that are not available. If they do, that’s even better ❤️

I'm regretting for NOT meeting Alex like 2-3 years ago. Alex is truly a God sent Angel. Alex re-connected me to my lost spirituality. And the Original Botanica's entire staff is so helpful so nice.
